Whole Woman’s Health (WWH) is packing up our four clinics in Texas and moving to New Mexico – and we need your help!

WWH has served Texans for nearly 20 years, and our love for them runs deep. The courts and politicians have turned their backs on millions of Americans, but we never will. As of July 1, 2022, Texas has banned abortion entirely in response to the fall of Roe v. Wade. We continue to do everything in our power to fight for abortion rights and access because we know that this ban will not stop the need for abortion care. Our patients need a Whole Woman’s Health to go to now that Texas has cruelly taken away this basic healthcare need.

In the 12 days since the Supreme Court overturned Roe, abortion has already become illegal in 8 U.S. states – and 18 others are expected to fall. Abortion is legally protected in New Mexico, making it one of the only Southern states where abortion will remain legal.

We are stepping up to ensure everyone has a trusted independent abortion provider as nearby as legally possible, but we can’t do it without you.

With the shuttering of our 4 Texas clinics, we do not have the financial reserves to open in New Mexico. We are asking for your help as we vacate our Texas clinics, move our needed equipment and supplies, buy and renovate a new clinic building, relocate and hire staff, and set up Whole Woman’s Health of New Mexico.
