Ultrasounds to determine the exact length of the pregnancy. (Special discounts are offered to un-insured women, or women with financial need.)

Medication Abortion

(Sometimes called the Abortion Pill) Available to women up to 10 weeks of pregnancy.

First Trimester Abortion care up to 12 weeks

1 Day abortion procedures with optional IV sedation.

Second Trimester Abortion care 12-15 weeks

1 Day surgical procedures (up to 15.4 weeks) available with optional IV sedation. Two-day procedures with additional dilation may be needed - this depends on your medical history and the physician’s discretion.

We will respect your needs and work to make you comfortable during your time with us. We understand that an abortion decision requires time, thought, and trust. Estimating fees

When you call our office, our staff will discuss your options and estimate the total cost of your procedure.

Our abortion prices include everything you need as a part of your visit:

  • Your ultrasound
  • All necessary lab tests
  • A private counseling session
  • Local anesthesia (during surgical abortion)
  • The abortion, whether by pill or surgery
  • Light sedation and pain management medications
  • Post-operative aftercare, including a light snack and relaxing tea for post-surgical patients
  • A follow-up appointment


We are able to offer a small discount to students, **Medicaid recipients, and military personnel and their families. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of one of these discounts, so we can have you bring the appropriate identification to your appointment.
* All discounts are subject to approval and may not be used in conjunction with funding, insurance.

** Recently Governor Bruce Rauner signed HB40 which is a law that would expand abortion access to those in Medicaid and the state employees' health insurance. This law goes into effect January 1, 2018.

From I 74 West- Exit 84 War Memorial/150E, using the two left turn lanes, turn left onto N University. Go 3 miles and make a U-turn at West Kingsway. We are on the right.

From I 74 East- Exit 87B, Illinois 6 North, toward Chilicothe. Merge onto Illinois 6 North, take exit 5 for Allen Rd. To continue to North University, turn onto Allen Rd., slight left toward Pioneer Pkwy. Take right on N University, we are on the right.
