Whole Woman’s Health of San Antonio

At Whole Woman’s Health of San Antonio, we offer comprehensive women’s reproductive health services, including:

  • Free Pregnancy Testing
  • Free Ultrasounds
  • Free Pregnancy Options Counseling
  • Special-circumstance Counseling Sessions with compassionate support for maternal/fetal indications and miscarriage
  • Abortion Care Services from 3 to 20 weeks of pregnancy in Whole Woman’s Surgical Center
  • Medication Abortion (“Abortion Pill”)  is available until 10 weeks into the pregnancy. The abortion begins here in the office with medication and then further medication is taken later and the abortion process is completed while you are in the privacy and comfort of your home
  • Surgical Abortion, with or without sedation, offered in our Center from 3 to 16 weeks of pregnancy in a one-day procedure
  • Surgical Abortion with sedation or General Anesthesia is available from 16 to 20 weeks, usually only in two-days instead of three day requirement you may see elsewhere
  • Financial Assistance and Fundraising for women in need
  • Walk-in Emergency Contraception (“Morning After Pill”/Plan B) without prescription, and with full privacy (not public like the drug store)
  • Post-Abortion Counseling
  • Birth Control Consultation
  • We also offer Private Abortion care, VIP Abortion care (you are the only patient in the Center) and a Fast-Track Appointment. Please contact us for these or other special accommodations.
